1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on iPrintRush website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modifying or copying the materials
• Using the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• Removing any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transferring the materials to another person or "mirroring" the materials
• Accessing the materials through any technology or means other than the normal methods

3. Same-Day Printing Policy

Order Cutoff Time

Orders must be placed and approved before 2:00 PM (Central Time) to qualify for same-day printing. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be scheduled for next business day completion.

File Requirements

You are responsible for providing print-ready files in the correct format and resolution. We reserve the right to charge additional fees for file corrections or design work.

Approval Process

All orders require digital proof approval. We will not begin printing until you have approved your proof. Delays in proof approval may result in delayed delivery.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice. iPrintRush reserves the right to refuse any order. Payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

5. Return and Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order due to a quality issue, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will evaluate the issue and either provide a reprint or full refund at our discretion.

Custom orders and file preparation services are non-refundable unless an error on our part is demonstrated.

6. Limitation of Liability

The materials on iPrintRush website are provided on an 'as is' basis. iPrintRush makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content included on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of iPrintRush or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

You agree not to reproduce, retransmit, distribute, disseminate, sell, publish, broadcast, or circulate any materials without our prior written permission.

8. User-Provided Content

Any design files or content you provide to iPrintRush for printing remain your property. By submitting files to us, you represent that you have the right to use and authorize the use of the content, and that it does not infringe upon third-party rights.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall iPrintRush or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on iPrintRush website, even if we or our authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

10. Modifications to Terms

iPrintRush may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
